Ilona Busch (she/her) returns for a second year as NATS Vocal Showcase Coordinator in 2025. Ilona has helped local arts organizations prepare performances and successful fundraisers for more than 10 years.
She has a B.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and provided therapy support to children with special needs for almost 15 years. Ilona especially enjoyed writing scripts and creating choreography for art therapy programs.
As the mother of a young singer who has competed at several NATS Showcases and volunteered in 2024, Ilona brings a unique perspective and energy to this administrative role. It is her sincere desire and belief that every young artist should have the opportunity to learn and perform and that passion motivates her.
She loves listening to choral and symphonic music performed live and enjoys visiting art galleries. She is also an avid gardener. Ilona is grateful and excited for the opportunity to be part of the NATS Ontario team again this year.
